摘 要:为进一步探究有机配体稀土燃油添加剂对现代船舶柴油机减排性能,优化燃油添加剂在现代船舶柴油机的应用,本实验用品使用稀土硝酸盐为原料,碳酸氢铵作为沉淀剂自制草酸铈。经过扫描电镜(SEM)与X射线色散能谱(EDS)分析,在添加剂溶于0^#柴油后基本可保持颗粒直径达到微米值,通过以常柴CZ2102为试验台架以及五种不同添加剂浓度:0、50 mg/L、100 mg/L的排放实验,记录其排放各项指标,结果显示:铈基燃油添加剂有一定的减排效果,其中对HC、CO、NOx的减排效果显著,但PM值有所增加。其中浓度为D50L为最佳效果。In order to further explore the emission-reducing performance of organic ligand rare earth fuel additives for modern marine diesel engines,and optimize the application of fuel additives in modern marine diesel engines,this experimental product uses rare earth nitrate as raw material and ammonium hydrogencarbonate as precipitant to make oxalate.After scanning lectron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy(EDS)analysis,the particle diameter can be kept to micron value after the additive is dissolved in 0^#diesel oil.The test bench and the five different additive concentrations are obtained by using Changchai CZ2102 as the test bench:The emission experiments of 0,50 mg/L and 100 mg/L,and recorded their emission indexes.The results show that the cerium-based fuel additives have certain emission-reducing effects,and the reduction effects on HC,CO and NOx are significant.However,the PM value has increased.The concentration of D50 L is the best effect.
