摘 要:尽管由包头稀土矿制备的混合氯化稀土溶液中Al^3+含量相对较低,但其在稀土萃取分离工艺中分布具有弥散性,因此本文模拟萃取生产线进行实验,为增设生产线铝分布及走向提供参考。本文设计实验路线,采用分馏萃取的方式,观察铝在槽体中分布,通过测定P507-HCl体系(La-Nd)/(Sm-Lu,Y)、LaCe/PrNd和LaCePr/Nd萃取工艺中铝及各稀土元素的浓度,萃余液及反萃液的平衡酸度,计算出铝和稀土元素的分配比及分离系数。结果表明:在(La-Nd)/(Sm-Lu,Y)萃取分离工艺中,反萃段平衡酸度高于萃取段平衡酸度,萃余液(La-Nd)Cl3中Al2O3/REO为0.05%,反萃液(Sm-Lu,Y)Cl3中Al2O3/REO为0.22%,经计算,(La-Lu,Y)Cl3料液中的Al^3+91.43%的进入萃余液(La-Nd)Cl3中,8.57%的Al^3+进入反萃液(Sm-Lu,Y)Cl3中;在LaCe/PrNd萃取分离工艺中,DLa<DCe<DAl<DPr<DNd,萃余液(LaCe)Cl3中Al2O3/REO小于0.01%,反萃液(PrNd)Cl3中Al2O3/REO为0.23%,经计算,(La-Lu,Y)Cl3料液中的Al^3+91.28%进入反萃液(PrNd)Cl3中,仅有0.15%的Al^3+进入萃余液(LaCe)Cl3中。在LaCePr/Nd萃取分离工艺中,DLa<DCe<DPr<DAl<DNd,分离系数βAl/Pr=1.12,Al^3+和Pr^3+不能完全分离,萃余液(La-Pr)Cl3中Al2O3/REO为0.03%,反萃液NdCl3中Al2O3/REO为0.14%,经计算,(La-Lu,Y)Cl3料液中48.49%的Al^3+进入萃余液(La-Pr)Cl3中,42.94%进入反萃液NdCl3中。Although the content of Al^3+in the mixed chlorinated rare earth solution prepared from rare earth ore is relatively low,the distribution of Al^3+in the extraction-separation process of rare earth is dispersed.Therefore,in this paper,the extraction production line is simulated for experiment so as to provide reference for the aluminium distribution and direction of the additional production line.In this paper,the experimental route is designed and fractional extraction is adopted to observe the distribution of aluminium in the tank.The distribution ratio and separation coefficient of aluminium and rare earth elements are calculated by measuring the concentration of aluminium and each rare earth element as well as the balanced acidity of raffinate and stripping solution in the extraction processes of(La-Nd)/(Sm-Lu,Y),LaCe/PrNd and LaCePr/Nd in the P507-HCl system.The results show that in the(La-Nd)/(Sm-Lu,Y)extraction-separation process,the balanced acidity of stripping back extraction is higher than that of exaction,and Al2O3/REO in raffinate is 0.05%while that in the stripping solution is 0.22%.According to the calculation results,91.43%of Al^3+ in the(La-Lu,Y)Cl3 feed liquid goes into the(La-Nd)Cl3 raffinate,and the remaining 8.57%goes into the(Sm-Lu,Y)Cl3 stripping solution;in the LaCe/PrNd extraction-separation process,DLa<DCe<DAl<DPr<DNd,and Al2O3/REO in raffinate is less than 0.01%while that in the stripping solution is 0.23%.By calculation,91.28%of Al^3+ in the(La-Lu,Y)Cl3 feed liquid goes into the(PrNd)Cl3stripping solution and only 0.15%of Al^3+ goes into the(LaCe)Cl3 raffinate.In the LaCe/PrNd extraction-separation process,DLa<DCe<DPr<DAl<DNd,the separation coefficientβAl/Pr is 1.12,Al^3+ and Pr^3+ cannot be completely separated;Al2O3/REO in raffinate is 0.03%and that in the stripping solution is 0.14%.By calculation,48.49%of Al^3+in the(La-Lu,Y)Cl3 feed liquid goes into the(La-Pr)Cl3 raffinate and 42.94%goes into the NdCl3 stripping solution.
