摘  要:以某厂1000 MW超超临界二次再热锅炉为对象,采用因素分析法,研究了烟气再循环调节锅炉再热汽温特性,并通过现场实验进行验证。结果表明:烟气再循环调节锅炉再热汽温具有局限性,随着烟气再循环量的增加,再热汽温增长逐渐减缓,再热汽温越高,烟气再循环提升汽温的作用越弱。提出采取燃烧优化调整、燃烧喷嘴摆动和磨煤机组上移等方法,并与烟气再循环调节相结合进行综合调整,能更有效提升再热汽温水平。With the 1000 MW ultra-supercritical double-reheat boiler of a plant as the research object,the factor analysis method is used to study the characteristics of the boiler reheat steam temperature controlled by recirculation gas and verified by field experiments.The results show that the adjustment of the boiler reheated steam temperature with gas recirculation has limitations.As the gas recirculation amount increases,the reheat steam temperature increase gradually slows down.With higher temperature of the reheated steam,the effect of gas recirculation on rising steam temperature is weaker.This article proposes to combine the combustion optimization adjustment,combustion nozzle swing,and coal mill unit moving upwards with gas recirculation adjustment for more comprehensive adjustment to more effectively increase the reheat steam temperature level.
