摘 要:针对重轨钢的生产工艺情况,研究精炼渣与夹杂物相关性,分析精炼渣化学成分、碱度、氧化性等对钢中夹杂物大小、形貌、类别等的影响。研究表明精炼渣碱度R控制在2.0~2.5,氧化性控制在0.6%左右,生成单颗粒夹杂物尺寸大于50μm所占的比例减小。The pertinence of refining slag and inclusions is investigated as well as the influences of chemical composition,basicity and oxidizability of refining slag on size,morphology and category of inclusions in steel are analyzed based on the production process of rail steel.The results showed that the proportion of single particle inclusions with the size bigger than 50μm decreased when the basicity of refining slag R was controlled at 2.0~2.5 and oxidizability of refining slag was controlled at about 0.6%.
