摘 要:文章利用烧结杯开展了烧结配加罗伊山粉矿的试验研究,对不同配加比例的烧结矿质量指标以及高温冶金性能进了系统研究。研究结果表明:罗伊山粉矿可以替代澳矿粉用于烧结生产,在保证烧结矿质量指标以及高温冶金性能指标稳定的前提下,建议罗伊山粉矿替代澳矿粉的比例控制在20%以内。In the paper,it is introduced the experimental study on adding ore fines of Roy Hill in sintering is carried out with sinter pot as well as the quality indexes and pyrometallurgical performances of agglomerate with different proportions are systematically studied.The study results showed that the ore fines of Roy Hill could substitute the Australian ore fines to be used in sintering productions and it was recommended that the proportion should be controlled within 20%on the premise of guaranteeing the stability of quality indexes and pyrometallurgical performances of agglomerate.
