摘  要:采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜及能谱仪对25Mn2RE无缝钢管表面开裂缺陷原因进行分析检测,结果表明:该无缝钢管缺陷主要是由于钢坯表面存在裂纹,经高温加热裂纹内部形成大量氧化铁,同时基体带状组织严重,导致用户在制管成型过程中,管件受到较大周向挤压应力时,管外壁形成横向裂口缺陷,管内壁带状组织分层形成鼓包。The causes for surface crack defect of 25Mn2RE seamless steel pipe are analyzed and detected with the metalloscope,scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectroscopy.The results showed that its defects were mainly due to the cracks on the surface of billet and a large amount of iron oxide was formed inside the crack by heat with high temperature.Moreover,the serious banded structure of matrix caused transverse crack defect on the outer wall of pipe and bumps formed due to the banded structure of the inner wall of pipe delaminated when the pipe was subject to bigger circumferential extrusion stress during the tubulation and forming process of user.
