摘　　要：高炉布料溜槽作为生产的关键备件,其工作状态的优劣以及寿命直接影响高炉的稳定生产。文章通过研究分析布料溜槽寿命较短的原因,有针对性地重新设计制造、使用新型材料,对布料溜槽进行长寿化改进,提高了布料溜槽的寿命,对高炉的稳定顺行起到了积极作用。As a key spare part in the production,the working status and service life of material chute of blast furnace directly affect the stable production of blast furnace.In this paper,it is introduced the service life of material chute is improved by studying and analyzing the reasons for its shorter life as well as redesigning,remanufacturing and using new materials,which plays a positive role in the stable and trouble-free running of blast furnace.
