摘  要:文章在简述热风炉工艺流程的基础上,重点介绍了双交叉限幅控制的原理及实现方法,设计出基于双交叉限幅并行串级燃烧控制系统。实际应用表明,该系统能够实现热风炉的燃烧、送风自动控制,大幅提升热风炉燃烧效率和控制精度,使热风炉能够安全、高效运行。In this paper,it is mainly introduced the principle and implementation method of double cross-limit control as well as the parallel cascade combustion control system based on double cross-limiting is designed on the basis of briefly elaborating the technological process of hot blast furnace.The practical applications show that the automatic control for combustion and blowing-in of hot blast stove can be realized as well as the combustion efficiency and control accuracy of hot blast stove are greatly improved with the system so that hot blast stove can operate safely and efficiently.
