摘  要:检测钢轨坯料中的氧氮含量是钢轨生产中的一个重要环节。文章主要针对采用空心钻钻取氧氮试样代替传统气割锻造制取氧氮试样方法进行阐述。试验结果表明:采用空心钻钻取制取氧氮试样的方法,能够满足生产要求,与气割锻造制取氧氮试样方法比较,加工流程简化,制样周期缩短,降低了制样成本,保证了数据的及时性。It is a key link to detect the oxygen and nitrogen content in rail blanks in the production of rails.In this paper,it is mainly elaborated the method for preparing oxygen and nitrogen sample with drilling of hollow drill instead of traditional gas cutting forging.The experiment results showed that the method could meet the production requirements.Moreover,the process flow was simplified,sample preparation cycle was shortened,cost of sample preparation was reduced and timeliness of data was ensured compared with the method for preparing oxygen and nitrogen sample with gas cutting forging.
