分析急性左心衰患者在常规药物治疗的基础上采用无创通气方法的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的分析在急性左心衰患者的治疗中,无创通气治疗方式的效果。方法选择我院2019年1月~2020年1月收治的50例急性左心衰患者为对象,将其随机均分成对比组(25例)及观察组(25例),对比组接受常规药物治疗,观察组对象则需同时接受无创通气治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行分析。结果观察组患者接受治疗后的临床有效率高于对比组,数据分析后存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论针对急性左心衰患者,将常规药物治疗与无创通气疗法结合的效果较好,值得实施。Objective To analyze the effect of noninvasive ventilation in the treatment of patients with acute left heart failure.Methods 50 patients with acute left heart failure admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(25 cases)and an observation group(25 cases).The control group received conventional drugs For treatment,subjects in the observation group need to receive non-invasive ventilation treatment at the same time,and the treatment effects of the two groups of patients are analyzed.Results The clinical effective rate of patients in the observation group after treatment was higher than that in the control group,and there were statistical differences after data analysis(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with acute left heart failure,the combination of conventional drug treatment and non-invasive ventilation therapy is better and worth implementing.
