内科护理中个体化心理护理的实践效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究内科护理中个体化心理护理的应用效果。方法选取在2017年1月~2019年12月来我院就诊的60例内科患者为研究对象,设为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组:常规内科护理;观察组:在常规内科护理的基础上应用个体化心理护理。结果观察组患者的护理满意度96.67%与对照组83.33%相比较高(P<0.05)。结论内科护理中应用个体化心理护理,有效地提高了护理满意度,值得在临床中应用。Objective To study the application effect of individualized psychological nursing in internal medicine nursing.Methods 60 cases of internal medicine patients who came to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.Control group:routine internal medicine nursing;observation group:individual psychological nursing was applied on the basis of routine internal medicine nursing.Results Compared with 83.33%of the control group,96.67%of the patients in the observation group had higher nursing satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of individualized psychological nursing in internal medicine nursing can effectively improve the satisfaction of nursing,which is worthy of clinical application.
