摘  要:目的:研究四川地区汉族寻常痤疮患者白细胞介素(IL)-1α基因单核苷酸多态性(SNP)。方法:选取467例研究对象,其中寻常痤疮组263例及正常对照组204例。抽取外周静脉血5 mL提取白细胞DNA,采用SNaPshot分型技术检测IL-1α rs1800587位点基因SNP。结果:寻常痤疮组IL-1α rs1800587位点CC、CT和TT基因型频率分别为84.40%、14.80%和0.80%;正常对照组分别为92.60%、7.40%和0%,2组构成比比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。寻常痤疮组C、T等位基因频率分别为91.80%和8.20%;正常对照组为96.30%和3.70%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:IL-1α rs1800587位点T等位基因会增加寻常痤疮的患病风险。Objective: To investigate the single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNP) of interleukin(IL)-1α in patients with acne vulgaris in the Han population of Sichuan. Methods: A total of 467 individuals were enrolled, including 263 patients with acne vulgaris and 204 healthy people as normal controls. The peripheral blood(5 mL) was obtained from each individual, and DNA was isolated from leukocytes. The IL-1α gene at position rs1800587 was detected from the acne vulgaris patients and healthy controls by SNaPshot typing. Results: The frequencies of CC, CT and TT genotypes of IL-1α at the rs1800587 position in acne vulgaris group were 84.40%, 14.80% and 0.80%, respectively, whereas the frequencies of CC, CT and TT genotypes of IL-1α at the rs1800587 position in normal control group were 92.60%, 7.40% and 0%, respectively. There was significant difference in the constituent ratio between two groups(P<0.05). The frequencies of C and T alleles were 91.80% and 8.20%in acne vulgaris group, and the frequencies of C and T alleles were 96.30% and 3.70% in normal control group. The difference in the frequencies of C and T alleles between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The presence of the T allele at the rs1800587 position of the IL-1α gene would increase the risk of developing acne vulgaris.
