南京地区面部湿疹患者变应原检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析南京地区成人面部湿疹的可能致病原因。方法:收集该院144例成人面部湿疹患者,分别进行斑贴试验、血清IgE检测及最小红斑量(MED)测定。结果:144例患者中,109例(75.7%)斑贴试验阳性,排名前十位的接触变应原分别为甲醛、硫酸镍、芳香混合物、薄荷油、硫柳汞、溴硝丙二醇、永固红、对苯二胺、考特15和CL+ME-异噻唑啉酮(卡松CG);43例(29.7%)血清特异性IgE(sIgE)结果呈阳性且尘螨-sIgE增高,所有患者食物混合-sIgE均小于正常参考值(0.35 kU/L);26例(18.1%)患者MED测定呈阳性;20例(13.9%)患者血清总IgE值、斑贴试验及MED测定均为阴性。结论:南京地区成人面部湿疹患者常见原因为接触性过敏、特应性皮炎、光敏感及其他。Objective:To study the possible causes of adult facial eczema in Nanjing.Methods:One hundred and fortyfour patients with facial eczema were selected from their hospital.The patients were given a patch test,a serum IgE test and minimal erythema dose(MED)test.Results:Among 144 patients,109 cases(75.7%)had a positive patch test,and the top ten allergens were formaldehyde,nickel sulfate,fragrance mix,pennyro,merthiolate,bronopol,pigment permanent red,paraphenylenediamine,court-15 and Kathon CG.Forty-three cases(29.7%)had high dust mite-sIgE value.The food-sIgE values detected in all patients were lower than normal reference value(0.35 kU/L).Twenty-six(18.1%)cases had positive MED test.Twenty cases(13.9%)showed negative findings in patch test,a serum total IgE test and MED test.Conclusion:The common causes of adult facial eczema in Nanjing are contact allergies,atopic dermatitis,photosensitivity and others.
