两种民航气象电报纠错算法比较分析

摘  要:利用计算机软件技术实现“电码格式民航气象情报(CCAMI)”的自动纠错是民航气象业务的发展趋势。根据纠错算法原理和实现方式,存在“集成法”和“解析法”两种方案。集成法基于发布软件界面控件将各类气象信息预先分离并分别纠错,最后集成为完整CCAMI,采用“先纠错,后情报”设计思想。“解析法”与发布软件无关,是将完整CCAMI解析成各组成要素并进行要素纠错、顺序纠错等过程,即“先情报,后纠错”的工作思想。两种方案差别在于:“集成法”原理与实现相对简单,但不具移植性,测试复杂。“解析法”纠错质量高,移植性好,便于测试,但原理和实现过程复杂,软件代码量远多于“集成法”。青岛空管站“纵横纠错法”是基于“解析法”的一种纠错方法,具有对SA、SP、FC及FT的纠错功能,可广泛应用于CCAMI发布及监控系统中。The development trend of civil aviation meteorological service is to realize the automatic error correction of Code format Civil Aviation Meteorological Information(CCAMI)by using information technology.According to the principle and implementation of the error correction algorithm,there are two kinds of solutions:Integrated Method(IM)and Analytical Method(AM).Based on the release software interface control,IM separates all kinds of meteorological information in advance and corrects them separately,and finally integrates it into a complete CCAMI.The design idea of"error correction first,information later"is adopted.AM has nothing to do with the release of software.It is the working idea of"intelligence first,error correction later"by analyzing the complete CCAMI into its constituent elements and performing element correction and sequential error correction.The difference between the two schemes is that the principle and implementation of IM is relatively simple,but it is not portable and the testing is complex.AM has high quality of error correction,good portability and easy to test,but its principle and implementation process are complex,and the amount of software code is far more than that of IM.The"Vertical-Horizontal Error Correction Method(VCECM)"is a kind of error correction method based on AM.It has the function of correcting SA,SP,FC and FT,and can be widely used in CCAMI release and monitoring system.
