摘 要:为了降低校车紧急事故下的人员伤亡,提高逃生效率,通过分析近年来发生的校车事故,设计了一种符合儿童群体智育、身体发育水平的操作简便、操纵力小的校车安全逃生顶窗机构。在分析其工作原理的基础上,采用SolidWorks三维软件建立模型对逃生机构进行模拟研究,获得逃生机构由安全逃生顶窗顶盖、安全逃生顶窗底座等组成。逃生时,旋转操纵手柄,在解锁逃生安全顶窗的同时,凸轮驱动推杆,克服安全顶窗密封力,使安全顶窗向外开启,在紧急状态下有效地进行自主逃生。In order to reduce casualties in school bus emergencies and improve the efficiency of escape,through the analysis of school bus accidents in recent years,a school bus safety escape roof window mechanism with simple operation and small operation force is designed in line with children's intellectual education and physical development level.Based on the analysis of its working principle,SolidWorks 3d software is used to build a model to simulate and study the escape mechanism.It is found that the escape mechanism is composed of the roof of the safety escape window and the base of the safety escape window.During escape,turn the control handle to unlock the escape safety top window and drive the CAM push rod to overcome the sealing force of the escape safety top window,so that the escape safety top window can be opened outward and effectively carry out self-escape in emergency.
