摘 要:目的采用微创经皮LCP钢板内固定对四肢骨折患者进行治疗,探究治疗效果。方法选取2019年2月~2020年2月在我院接受诊治的122例四肢骨折患者作为研究对象,并将其随机分至两组,实验组实施微创经皮LCP钢板内固定术,对照组实施传统钢板内固定术,对比两组患者临床指标。结果除手术时间两组无明显差别,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组术中出血量及骨折愈合时间,明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),结论为四肢骨折患者实施微创经皮LCP钢板内固定术,可减少患者损伤,提高术后骨折愈合效率。Objective Using minimally invasive percutaneous LCP plate fixation of limb fractures in patients with treatment,this paper explored the treatment effect.Methods From February 2019 to February 2020,122 patients with limb fractures were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group was treated with minimally invasive percutaneous LCP plate fixation,and the control group was treated with traditional plate fixation.The clinical indexes of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups except the operation time(P>0.05).The amount of bleeding and the time of fracture healing in the experimental group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous LCP plate internal fixation for limb fractures can reduce the injury of patients and improve the efficiency of fracture healing.
