摘　　要：目的探究对转移性骨癌痛患者应用普瑞巴林联合玛咖控释片治疗的临床价值。方法随机抽取2018年10月~2020年1月入我院接受诊治34例转移性骨癌痛的患者纳入实验研究范围,采用等量数字随机方式进行分组,分别采用普瑞巴林联合玛咖控释片(实验组,n=17)及安慰剂联合玛咖控释片方式(对照组,n=17)进行治疗,分析治疗效果。结果实验组治疗无效患者人数显著少于对照组,差异显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对转移性骨癌痛患者应用普瑞巴林联合玛咖控释片干预,有利于改善患者疼痛症状,优化疗效。Objective To investigate the clinical value of prebalin combined with maca controlled-release tablets in patients with metastatic bone cancer pain.Methods 34 patients with metastatic bone cancer pain were randomly selected to be treated in our hospital from october 2018 to january 2020.They were randomly divided into groups by equal number and were treated by prebalin combined with maca controlled-release tablets(experimental group,n=17)and placebo combined with maca controlled-release tablets(control group,n=17).Results The number of invalid patients in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was significant P<0.05.Conclusion Prebalin combined with maca controlled-release tablets in patients with metastatic bone cancer pain can improve the pain symptoms and optimize the curative effect.
