细节护理在消化内科护理中的应用探析

摘　　要：目的研究细节护理在消化内科护理中的临床使用效果。方法选取2019年1月~2020年1月94例消化内科患者作为研究对象,运用分组式结果分析,将患者按照不同护理方法分为观察组(n=47例)与对照组(n=47例),均符合研究标准。对照组消化内科患者运用常规护理方式,观察消化内科患者采用细节护理方式,两组患者观察指标为护理满意度、患者自我护理技能、护理能力以及护理意识。结果观察组消化内科患者运用细节护理后自我护理技能为(32.79±3.68)分、护理能力为(29.64±1.29)分、护理意识为(35.68±1.62)分,而对照组消化内科患者采用常规护理后自我护理技能为(24.36±4.97)分、护理能力为(24.03±3.24)分、护理意识为(28.14±2.69)分,观察组患者自我护理状况优于对照组,数据对比存在差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消化内科患者运用细节护理可以有效提升护理满意度,提高患者的自我护理技能,提升患者护理意识,对患者的疾病恢复具有积极作用,值得临床推广使用。objective To study the clinical effect of detail nursing in digestive internal medicine.Methods 94cases of patients in digestive medicine were selected as the research object.The patients were divided into observation group(n=47cases)and control group(n=47cases)according to different nursing methods.The patients were selected between January2019 and January2020,all of which met the research standard.The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing and the patients in the digestive department were treated with detailed nursing.The observation indexes of the patients in the two groups were nursing satisfaction,patients'selfcare skills,nursing ability and nursing consciousness.Results In the observation group,the self-care skill was(32.79±3.68),the nursing ability was(29.64±1.29),and the nursing consciousness was(35.68±1.62).In the control group,the self-care skill was(24.36±4.97),the nursing ability was(24.03±3.24),and the nursing consciousness was(28.14±2.69).In the observation group,the self-care ability was(29.64±1.29)The nursing status was better than that of the control group,and there were differences in data comparison,which had practical statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of detailed nursing can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction,self-care skills and consciousness of patients,which has a positive effect on the recovery of patients'disease,and is worthy of clinical application.
