摘 要:炭纤维是一种具备多种优异性能的新型炭材料,具有高强度、抗高温和密度低等特点。炭纤维及其复合材料广泛应用于航天、军事和体育等领域。聚丙烯腈基(PAN)炭纤维占炭纤维产业的90%以上,具有非常广阔的开发利用前景。本文主要介绍了溶液聚合、水相沉淀聚合、混合溶剂沉淀聚合、乳液聚合、离子聚合及一些新型丙烯腈聚合方法;论述了共聚单体的作用和选择,丙烯腈(AN)聚合过程的影响因素等,并对PAN聚合物进一步的研究方向做出展望。Carbon fiber is a new carbon material with excellent specific strength,high specific modulus,and corrosion resistance.Carbon fiber and its composite materials have a wide range of applications in aviation,aerospace,military,sports and other fields.Polyacrylonitrile-based(PAN)carbon fiber accounts for more than 90%of the carbon fiber industry and has a very broad prospect for development and utilization.This review mainly introduces solution polymerization,aqueous phase precipitation polymerization,mixed solvent precipitation polymerization,emulsion polymerization,ionic polymerization and some new polymerization methods for PAN.The role and choice of co-monomer,influencing factors of the polymerization process of acrylonitrile(AN),etc.,further prospects for the further research direction of PAN polymer are also put forth.
