摘 要:为了获得蒽油基软沥青在热转化过程中的结构(分子结构、偏光显微结构)变化规律,采用元素分析仪、偏光显微镜、FTIR结合分峰拟合的方法对蒽油基软沥青的热转化行为进行了研究。结果表明:随着热转化温度的升高,蒽油基软沥青的芳香性指数(Iar)和支链化指数(CH3/CH2)逐渐升高;C—C含量随着热转化温度升高而增加,C—O和C—O含量则随着热转化温度升高呈现先缓慢减少,后急剧减少的趋势。当热转化温度低于430℃时,蒽油基软沥青的分子结构参数(Iar、CH3/CH2、C—C、C—O、C—O)变化幅度较少;超过430℃后,分子结构参数则急剧变化。从偏光显微结构可知,蒽油基软沥青在热转化温度为440℃时有中间相炭微球产生,随着热转化温度升高,中间相炭微球逐渐长大、融并、形成中间相。Ultimate analyzer,polarizing microscope,FTIR spectrum and curve-fitting methods have been used to investigate the structure changes of anthracene oil-based soft pitch during liquid-phase carbonization.The results have shown that both the aromatic index(Iar)and branched index(CH3/CH2)of anthracene oil-based soft pitch,as well as the contents of C—C are also increased with the increasing of thermal conversion temperature.What’s more,the contents of C—O and C—O have shown a slowly decrease and then decrease sharply with the increasing of thermal conversion temperature.The molecular structure parameters(Iar,CH3/CH2,C—C,C—O,and C—O)of anthracene oil-based soft pith have hardly changed when the thermal conversion temperature is lower than 430℃.However,the molecular structure parameters have changed obviously when the thermal conversion temperature exceeds 440℃.It can be seen from the optical microstructure that,mesocarbon microbeads appear in anthracene oil-based soft pitch at the thermal conversion temperature of 440℃.Since then,mesocarbon microbeads are gradually grown,fused and formed mesophase with the increase of heat conversion temperature.
