摘 要:目的了解绵阳市三级甲等医院临床护士职业疲劳现状及其相关影响因素,以期为提升护士职业健康提供参考依据。方法2019年2—5月,采用便利抽样法,选取绵阳市3所三级甲等医院537名临床护士作为调查对象,使用一般资料问卷、疲劳评定量表和职业压力量表进行调查,并对数据进行分析。结果临床护士职业疲劳总分为6.95±2.65,其中总分≥7分占61.82%,处于较高水平,其中躯体疲劳得分为4.45±1.48,脑力疲劳得分为2.50±1.22。职业压力得分为83.77±8.63。职业疲劳与职业压力总分及各维度得分均呈正相关(r=0.184~0.464)。工龄、职称、婚姻状况、夜班类型、工作强度、对护理工作的态度、参加运动和职业压力是绵阳市三级甲等医院护士职业疲劳的主要影响因素(均P<0.05),可解释总变异的43.3%。结论绵阳市三级甲等医院临床护士职业疲劳程度较高,护理管理者应根据影响因素采取针对性干预措施,降低职业疲劳感,提升护士身心健康,促进护理队伍健康发展。Objective To understand the current status and related influencing factors of occupational fatigue of clinical nurses in grade-A tertiary hospitals of Mianyang City,with a view to providing strategic reference for improving nurses’ occupational health.Methods The convenience sampling method was adopted to survey 537 clinical nurses in three grade-A tertiary hospitals of Mianyang City from February to May in 2019 by using general information questionnaires,fatigue assessment scales,and occupational stress scales. And the data were analyzed. Results The overall score of occupational fatigue in clinical nurses was6.95±2.65,and the nurses with score ≥7 points accounted for 61.82%,which was at a relatively high level. The physical fatigue score was 4.45±1.48 and the mental fatigue score was 2.50±1.22. The occupational stress score was 83.77±8.63. The occupational fatigue was positively correlated with the total score of occupational stress and scores of all dimensions(r=0.184~0.464). Working age,professional title,marital status,night shift,work strength,attitude to nursing work,participation in sports and occupational stress were the main influencing factors of occupational fatigue among nurses in grade-A tertiary hospitals(all P<0.05),explaining43.3% of the total variation. Conclusion The level of occupational fatigue of clinical nurses in grade-A tertiary hospitals of Mianyang City is high. Nursing managers should take targeted intervention measures based on influencing factors to reduce occupational fatigue,improve the physical and mental health of nurses,and promote the healthy development of nursing teams.
