摘　　要：目的了解天津市某疾病预防控制中心健康相关产品的检测量与检测类别的动态状况,为完善公共卫生检测和疾病预防控制机构体制改革提供参考依据。方法对2008—2019年天津市某疾病预防控制中心健康相关产品检测数进行分析。结果 2008—2019年实验室样品总检测量为23 620份,年检测量逐渐降低(P<0.01)。按检测总量排序依次是食品、涉水产品、化妆品、保健食品、消毒产品、农药、保健用品、病媒产品、化学品和环境标志产品,分别占37.2%、31.0%、11.1%、7.6%、7.3%、3.7%、0.8%、0.7%、0.3%和0.3%。除化学品外,其余9类产品年检测量逐渐降低(P<0.01)。从检测来源看,委托检测占总检验量的77.8%,且委托检测占比随着时间逐渐升高(P<0.01)。结论委托性检测是2008—2019年天津市某疾病预防控制中心卫生检测工作的主要任务,要合理配置和调整实验室资源,加强科研合作,提升实验室能力,以满足公众对公共卫生服务的需求,这也是深化疾病预防控制体系改革的大势所趋。Objective To grasp the dynamics of the detectable quantity and detectable category of health-related products accepted by a center for disease control and prevention of Tianjin,provide a basis for improving public health detection and the reform of the disease control institution system. Methods The data of health-related products detection in a center for disease control and prevention of Tianjin from 2008-2019 were analyzed. Results The number of laboratory samples tested from 2008-2019 was 23 620,and the annual detection quantity gradually decreased(P<0.01). The categories sorted by the total amount of detection were food,wading products,water-related products,cosmetics,health food,disinfection products,pesticides,health supplies,vector products,chemicals,and environmental labeling products,accounting for 37.2%,31.0%,11.1%,7.6%,7.3%,3.7%,0.8%,0.7%,0.3% and 0.3%.Except for chemicals,the annual detection quantity of the nine categories of products gradually decreased in these years(P<0.01).Conclusion Entrusting samples are the major task in a center for disease control and prevention of Tianjin from 2008-2019. It is necessary to rationally allocate and adjust laboratory resources,strengthen scientific research cooperation and improve the laboratory capacity to meet the demands of public health services,which is the general trend of deepening the reform of disease prevention and control system.
