品种、胎次与母猪蹄甲健康状况的关系分析

摘　　要：为了探究品种、胎次与母猪蹄甲状况的关系,为母猪选育和蹄甲护理提供理论依据,试验在广西某规模化猪场选择2~8胎次的长白、大白及长大二元杂交母猪960头,对其蹄跟、蹄跟-蹄底结合处健康状态进行评分,分析不同品种、胎次与母猪蹄甲健康状况的关系。结果表明:品种与母猪前蹄各部位蹄跟损伤情况均存在极显著关系(P<0.01),胎次与母猪后蹄内侧及右前蹄左侧的损伤情况存在极显著关系(P<0.01);品种仅与母猪左前蹄右侧蹄跟-蹄底结合处损伤情况存在极显著关系(P<0.01),胎次与母猪前蹄内侧、左后蹄左侧及右后蹄蹄跟-蹄底结合处损伤情况存在极显著关系(P<0.01)。3个品种和不同胎次母猪蹄跟及蹄跟-蹄底结合处均以肢蹄外侧的患病率较高,且后蹄患病率高于前蹄。说明品种、胎次与母猪不同部位蹄甲健康状况存在一定关系,母猪肢蹄外侧蹄甲较内侧易患病,后蹄蹄甲较前蹄蹄甲易患病。To investigate the relationship between breed/parity and health status of female pig hoof nail,and provide theoretical reference for breeding sows and nursing of hoof nail,nine hundred and sixty sows(Landrace,Baymax and Landrace hybrids)of the 2nd to 8th parity,in a large-scale pig farm in Guangxi were selected in this experiment,and were used to evaluate the health status of heel and sole-heel junction.The results showed that:there was a significant difference in the relationship between the breed and the injury of each part of the pig’s forehoof(P<0.01),and there was a significant difference between the parity and the damage of the inner side of the hind hoof and the left of the right forehoof(P<0.01).There was only a significant relationship between the breed and the injury of sow’s sole-heel junction on the right side of left forehoof(P<0.01).There was a significant relationship between the breed and the injury of the inside of forehoof,the left of the left hind hoot and the sole-heel junction of right hind hoot(P<0.01).The prevalence on the outside of foot heel and sole-heel junction was higher in sows of different parity from three breeds,and the prevalence of hind hoof was higher than that of forehoof.The above results indicated that there was a certain relationship between the breed and the health status of different parts of sow’s hoof nail,the lateralhoof nail of sows was more prone to disease than the inside,and the hind hoot nail was more prone to disease than the forehoof.
