摘 要:针对高比例新能源电网多断面输电能力协调优化及动态释放需求,提出一种计及新能源消纳的关联断面极限功率在线计算方法。通过新能源机组聚类分群实现不确定变量有效降维;在新能源场站预测出力区间及概率的基础上,基于概率潮流计算获得新能源集群功率区间及概率;以多断面输电能力与新能源弃电风险差值最大化为目标,基于分档迭代与交互式并行处理技术,快速搜索满足安全稳定风险要求的关联断面极限功率。某实际系统的算例分析验证了提出方法的实用性和有效性。A high proportional new energy grid faces the demand of releasing multi-section transmission capacity dynamically.An on-line limit power calculation method of correlative transmission section considering new energy consumption is proposed in this paper.Clustering and classifying of new energy stations is applied firstly to reduce uncertain variables.Based on the predicted power range and its probability of each new energy station,secondly the power range and its probability of each new energy cluster and transmission section are obtained through probabilistic power flow calculation.The objective function is to maximize the difference between the multi-section transfer capacity and the new energy curtailment risk.Therefore,a fast searching method for the limit power of correlative transmission section based on the iteration and interactive parallel processing technology is finally applied to meet the safety and stability risk requirements.The analysis of an actual system example verifies the practicability and effectiveness of the proposed method.
