摘　　要：随着社会经济发展,我国居民疾病谱发生重大转变,突发公共卫生事件偶有发生,新的形势对急危重症救治体系的应急能力、专业技术水平和救治质量提出了更高要求.河南省人民医院结合医院航空、地面和互联网急救的优势,建立了一条全新的急危重症救治体系的建设路径,即"三位一体"的救治体系和一体化联动的急危重症救治"五环"模式.本文旨在总结河南省人民医院构建急危重症救治体系的实践经验,以期为全国的急危重症救治管理工作提供参考.With the development of society and economy,the disease spectrum of Chinese residents has undergone a major change,and the public health emergencies have occasionally occurred.The new situation has put forward higher requirements on the emergency capacity,professional technical level and treatment quality of critical care treatment system.Combining with the advantages of hospital aviation,ground and Internet emergency,Henan Provincial People's Hospital established a new construction path of emergency and critical care treatment system,namely"trinity"rescue system of aviation,ground and Internet emergency treatment and the"five-ring"model of critical care treatment system in hospital.The purpose of this paper is to summarize the practical experience of the construction of emergency and critical care system in Henan Provincial People's Hospital,so as to provide reference for the management of emergency and critical care in China.
