摘　　要：分析国有企业传统投资决策机制存在的问题,结合新基建的内涵特征,提出新基建背景下国有企业投资决策机制优化思路,包括强化数据新基建布局与应用、统筹考虑投资需求能力效益、深化业财融合、加强数据共享等,为国有企业精准开展新基建投资布局提供参考。This paper analyzes the problems existing in the traditional investment decision-making mechanism of state-owned enterprises.Combined with the connotation and characteristics of new infrastructure,puts forward the optimization ideas of investment decision-making mechanism of state-owned enterprises under the background of new infrastructure,including strengthening the layout and application of new infrastructure construction data,comprehensively considering the investment demand capacity and benefit,deepening the integration of industry and finance,and strengthening data sharing,so as to provide references for state-owned enterprises to accurately carry out new infrastructure investment layout.
