摘　　要：将可拓理论揉入层次分析法从而形成可拓层次分析法,在确定EPC总承包项目绩效评价指标后,基于灰色评价方法构建EPC总承包项目绩效评价模型。以广西玉林化肥厂房地产开发EPC项目为例,进行绩效评价模型的具体运用,得出其绩效评价最终的评分为3.793,说明EPC项目绩效评价具有较高的水平。This paper integrates the extension theory into the analytic hierarchy process to form the extension analytic hierarchy process.Then,determines the EPC general contract project performance evaluation indicators,constructs the EPC general contract project performance evaluation model based on the gray evaluation method.Taking the real estate development EPC project in Yulin as an example,carries out the specific application of the performance evaluation model,and concludes that the final score of the project performance evaluation is 3.793,indicating that the EPC project performance evaluation has a high level.
