摘　　要：从装配式建筑成本的形成过程入手,基于房地产企业视角,提出装配式建筑成本链的概念,并按照外部纵向链和内部横向链分解装配式建筑的成本链,在此基础上,应用精细化管理理念,从信息化、标准化、过程化角度提出房地产企业装配式建筑成本链的优化方向,期望为提升房地产企业实施装配式项目的管理效率和降低开发成本提供参考。Starting from the formation process of prefabricated construction cost,based on the perspective of real estate enterprises,the paper proposes the concept of prefabricated construction cost chain,and decomposes the cost chain of prefabricated building according to the external vertical chain and internal horizontal chain.On this basis,proposes the optimization direction of prefabricated construction cost chain of real estate enterprises from the perspective of informatization,standardization and process by applying the concept of fine management,hopes to provide references for real estate enterprises to improve management efficiency and achieve cost reduction in the implementation of assembly projects.
