摘　　要：北京市山区造林工程建设是实现乡村振兴战略与首都生态文明建设的重要组成部分。2020年中央一号文件提出全面攻克脱贫攻坚堡垒、加快农村建设、促进农民持续增收。实现脱贫攻坚与农业农村建设,山区造林工程建设是关键。通过梳理分析近年来北京市山区造林工程现状,归纳总结山区造林工程实施过程中获得的成果及存在的问题,从政府与农民角度出发提出相关建议及对策,并对北京市山区造林工程前景进行展望。The afforestation project in Beijing's mountainous areas is an important part of the rural revitalization strategy and the capital's ecological civilization construction. The No.1 central document of 2020 proposed to comprehensively conquer the fortress of poverty eradication, speed up rural construction and promote sustained income increase of farmers. Afforestation project construction in mountainous areas is the key to poverty alleviation and agricultural and rural construction. Through combing and analyzing the current situation of afforestation projects in Beijing's mountainous areas in recent years, the achievements and existing problems in the implementation of afforestation projects in mountainous areas were summarized, relevant suggestions and countermeasures were put forward from the perspective of the government and farmers, and the prospect of afforestation projects in Beijing's mountainous areas was forecasted.
