摘　　要：目的:评价足三里穴位注射联合5-HT3受体拮抗剂治疗急性期和延迟期化疗相关性恶心呕吐(CINV)的疗效。方法:检索知网数据库、万方数据库、维普数据库、PubMed数据库从创刊至2019年8月公开发表的足三里穴位注射联合5-HT3受体拮抗剂治疗CINV的随机临床对照研究。根据纳入排除标准筛选研究文献、提取有效数据,采用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:纳入6篇文献,足三里穴位注射联5-HT3受体拮抗剂(治疗组)治疗急性和延迟性CINV的疗效与单用5-HT3受体拮抗剂(对照组)相比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:足三里穴位注射联合5-HT3受体拮抗剂治疗急性期和延迟期CINV均有效。Objective:Systematic evaluation of the clinical efficacy of Zusanli point injection in the treatment of chemotherapy-related nausea and vomiting.Methods:To Search the database of CNKI、Wanfang、Vepsa and PubMed from the beginning of publication to the public publication in August 2019 about Randomized controlled clinical trials of Zusanli Point Injection Combined with 5-HT3 Receptor Antagonist in the Treatment of CINV.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the research literature was screened and effective data were extracted,and the meta-analysis was conducted by RevMan5.3 software.Results:Six literatures were included,the therapeutic effect of Zusanli acupoint injection combined with 5-HT3 receptor antagonist was significantly different from that of single use of 5-HT3 receptor antagonist(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zusanli point injection combined with 5-HT3 receptor antagonist was effective in the treatment of acute and delayed CINV.
