摘 要:菠萝营养丰富,味道清香,深受人们的青睐。为减轻人工采摘劳动量、提高生产效益,提出一种互补采摘方法,进行了菠萝采摘收割一体化装置的参数化建模设计与样机制作,详细介绍了采摘、柔性传送、传动系统结构和机架等关键部分,并对装置主要部件的标准件参数和工作方法进行阐述。利用样机进行了采摘试验,结果表明:通过拨叉拨断和锯片切断相结合的互补采摘菠萝方法具有较高的采摘成功率,并且该装置具有操作简单、效率高和结构新颖等优点,对实现菠萝采摘设备的市场化开发具有一定借鉴意义。Pineapple is rich in nutrition and fragrant,which is very popular.In order to reduce labor intensity and improve production efficiency,a complementary picking method was proposed.Pineapple harvester was designed with parametric modeling,a trial production of prototype had been accomplished.The key parts such as picking structure,flexible transmission,transmission system structure and frame structure were introduced in detail,and parameters and working methods of standard parts of main devices were described.Picking experiment was carried out.Results showed that pineapple harvester had a high picking success rate,simple operation,high efficiency and novel structure,which could be used for reference to realize market-oriented development of pineapple picking equipment.
