摘  要:目的:观察天然牛磺酸(Natural Taurine, NT)对肝硬化大鼠中相关炎症因子和内毒素(ET)影响,探讨NT对肝硬化大鼠的保护作用。方法:将雄性健康6周龄SD大鼠随机分为5组:空白对照组、CCl4模型组、NT小剂量组(0.3g/d)、NT中剂量组(0.6g/d)、NT大剂量组(0.9g/d),每组15只。采用自动生化分析仪检测肝功能(ALT、AST、TBIL、ALB),ELISA法测定IL-1β、IL-6、IL-10以及TNF-α,基质染色法测定ET含量。结果:与模型组比较,NT各剂量组ALT、AST及TBIL含量均显著降低;NT各剂量组ALB含量均显著下降;NT各剂量组血清TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6、ET表达水平明显下降;NT各剂量组IL-10含量明显上升。结论:天然牛磺酸能有效减轻减轻炎症、降低内毒素以及改善肝功能,从而发挥保护肝硬化大鼠的作用。Objective: To observe the effect of natural taurine(NT) on related inflammatory factors and endotoxin(ET) in cirrhotic rats, and to explore the protective effect of NT on cirrhotic rats.Methods: Male healthy 6-week-old SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: blank control group, CCl4 model group, NT small dose group(0.3 g/d), NT medium dose group(0.6 g/d), NT large dose group(0.9 g/d), 15 rats in each group.Liver function(ALT, AST, TBIL, ALB) was detected by automatic biochemical analyzer, IL-1β, IL-6, IL-10 and TNF-α were determined by ELISA, and ET content was determined by matrix staining.Results: Compared with the model group, ALT, AST and TBIL contents in NT dosage groups were significantly reduced.ALB content in NT dose groups decreased significantly.The levels of serum TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6 and ET in NT groups decreased significantly.The content of IL-10 in NT groups increased significantly.Conclusion: Natural taurine can effectively reduce inflammation, reduce endotoxin and improve liver function, thus playing a role in protecting liver cirrhosis rats.
