摘 要:通过球墨铸铁管承插式柔性接口的拟静力单调及往复加载试验,分析了柔性接口的轴向力学性能。试验结果表明,柔性接口的轴向拉力-位移曲线经历了3个阶段:弹性阶段、弹塑性阶段和滑动摩擦阶段,随着加载速率的增大,接口的轴向拉拔力、耗能能力等均有所增长,且单调加载力-位移曲线基本是逐级往复加载力-位移曲线的上包络线,表明胶圈柔性接口具有良好的抗震性能和耗能能力。基于试验结果及胶圈与管口的相互作用分析,提出了管道承插式柔性接口的轴向刚度方程和管道接口轴向滞回模型,该模型结果与试验结果具有较好的一致性,相关研究结果可为管道工程抗震设计提供参考。A series of quasi-static loading test and reciprocating loading test at the socket and spigot joint of ductile cast iron pipe is proposed.The axial pull-out mechanical properties of the joint are analyzed.The test device is composed of servo electric cylinder,3.1 m socket pipe fitting,reaction frame and data acquisition system,and the loading mode is divided into monotonic loading and reciprocating loading step by step.The test results indicates that under monotonic loading the rubber gasket undergoes three stages of stress mode when the socket is pulled out,which are elastic stage,secondary elastic stage and relative sliding stage.The force equations of three stages are put forward.When reciprocating loading step by step,the axial force,equivalent stiffness and hysteresis loop area are increasing with the increase of the rate.The monotonic load force displacement curve is basically the upper envelope of the force displacement curve.When studying the mechanical property test of the pipeline joint,attention should be paid to the effect of the rate on the mechanical property of the joint,and the appropriate rate should be selected for loading.Based on the monotonic quasi-static loading test results and the viscoelastic theory,a new mathematical model at the pipeline interface is proposed.The results of the model are in good agreement with the experimental results.Relevant research can provide reference for seismic design of pipeline engineering.
