摘  要:蜂窝柱具有自重轻、便于管线通过和经济效益显著等特点,已被广泛应用于桥梁、厂房、办公楼等许多领域。为研究焊接H型钢蜂窝短柱轴压性能,文中对12根蜂窝短柱进行轴压试验,分析了孔洞的直径及边孔孔心至柱端距离对蜂窝短柱轴压承载力、刚度和延性的影响,得到了荷载-位移曲线、极限承载力-孔径曲线、初始刚度-孔径曲线、刚度退化曲线、荷载-应变强度曲线等。试验结果表明:对于翼缘较薄的试件,腹板厚度对破坏模式有较大的影响,而对于翼缘较厚的试件,试件破坏模式主要与边孔距柱端的距离有关;随着孔径的增大,试件极限承载力略微降低,刚度退化速率增大,但对初始刚度和延性的影响并不显著;对于孔径较小的蜂窝短柱,边孔至柱端距离对极限承载力的影响较小,而对于孔径较大的蜂窝短柱,随着边孔至柱端距离的变化,存在一个最优的距离,使得开孔率一致的情况下,蜂窝短柱极限承载力达到最大;对于翼缘较厚,腹板较薄,孔径较大的试件,刚度退化速率随着边孔至柱端距离的增大逐渐增大;应力主要集中在中孔左右两侧。最后,本文建立了焊接H型钢蜂窝短柱的极限承载力计算公式。Cellular column has been widely used in many fields such as bridges,factories and office buildings because of its light weight,easy passage of pipelines and remarkable economic benefits.To investigate the axial compressive behavior of welded H-shaped steel cellular stub columns,a total of 12 specimens were designed to test under axial load.The effects of the hole diameter of the specimen and the distance from the center of the side hole to the end of the column on the compressive bearing capacity,stiffness and ductility of the cellular stub column were studied.The load-displacement curve,ultimate bearing capacity-aperture curve,stiffness degradation curve,initial stiffness-aperture curve and load-strain strength curve are obtained.It was found that for the specimens with thin flange,the thickness of the web has a great influence on the failure mode,while for the specimens with thick flange,the failure mode of the specimen is mainly related to the distance between the side hole and the column end.With the increase of the aperture,the ultimate bearing capacity of the specimens decreased slightly and the rate of stiffness degradation increased,but the influence on the initial stiffness and ductility was not significant.For cellular stub columns with small aperture,the distance from side hole to the end of the column has little influence on the ultimate bearing capacity,while for cellular stub columns with large aperture,an optimal distance exists with the change of the distance from side hole to the end of the column,so that the ultimate bearing capacity of cellular stub columns reaches the maximum under the condition of the same opening rate.For specimens with thick flange,thin web and large pore diameter,the stiffness degradation rate increases with the distance from the side hole to the column end.The stress mainly concentrates on the left and right sides of the middle hole.Finally,a formula for calculating the ultimate bearing capacity of welded H-shaped cellular stub column is established.
