摘 要:文章从锅炉炉膛负压控制系统、汽包液位控制系统、PLC选型和各种智能仪表选型、组态王界面设计、系统设计等几方面进行论述,设计了锅炉汽包液位控制系统以蒸汽流量和给水流量以及汽包水位组成的三冲量液位控制系统。以PLC作为整个控制系统的核心,构成了炉膛负压、汽包液位两个自动控制系统。应用组态软件对锅炉的自动控制系统进行模拟仿真,在主监控界面中可以看到整个系统的运行状态,实现了对汽包水位、炉膛负压的实时监控。This paper discusses the boiler negative pressure control system,drum liquid level control system,PLC selection and selection of various intelligent instruments,configuration king interface design,system design and other aspects.The drum level control system is a three impulse level control system composed of steam flow,feed water flow and drum water level.Taking PLC as the core of the whole control system,it forms two automatic control systems of furnace negative pressure and drum liquid level.The configuration software is used to simulate the automatic control system of the boiler.The operation status of the whole system can be seen in the main monitoring interface.The real-time monitoring of drum water level and furnace negative pressure is realized.
