摘 要:通过非等温固化分析了无氨补强树脂RT2304的固化过程,采用n级模型拟合法求得动力学三因子,确定固化工艺;对比研究了RT2304树脂和普通酚醛树脂(RT2303)对NR性能的影响。结果表明,RT2304树脂的固化活化能E=99.14kJ/mol,指前因子A=4.1×1010,反应级数n=0.94;加入RT2304树脂的胶料比加入RT2303树脂的T10长,力学性能高,老化性能优异。The curing process of RT2304 resin without ammonia reinforcement was analyzed by non isothermal curing,and three factors of kinetics were obtained by n-level model fitting method to determine curing process.The effects of RT2304 resin and common phenolic resin(RT2303)on the properties of natural rubber(NR)were compared.The results showed that the activation energy of RT2304 resin curing reaction was E=99.14 kJ/mol,the pre exponential factor was A=4.1×1010,and the reaction order was n=0.94.Compared with RT2303 resin,RT2304 resin had long scorch time,high strength and excellent aging performance.
