宽温域高阻尼硅橡胶材料研究及应用

摘　　要：研究了生胶并用比、填料以及硅油类型对硅橡胶阻尼性能的影响。结果表明,苯基硅橡胶可大幅提高阻尼性能,随苯基硅橡胶并用比的增加,物理机械性能降低;白炭黑作为填充剂时,胶料的综合性能最佳;羟基硅油是改善硅橡胶阻尼性能的最佳类型;制备的宽温域高阻尼橡胶材料可满足轨道车辆对橡胶材料物理性能的要求;采用该宽温域高阻尼橡胶材料制备高阻尼减振器,具有优异的减振降噪作用。Influences of methyl vinyl silicone rubber and phenyl silicone rubber blend ratio,types of fillers and silicone oil on the damping properties of silicone rubber were researched.The results showed that the damping property was improved and the mechanical properties were decreased evidently by raising the ratio of phenyl silicone rubber.The comprehensive performance of the silicone rubber were optimum when the filler was silica.The damping property was improved obviously when the hydroxyl silicone oil was adopted.The properties of silicone rubber could meet the performance requirements of rail vehicle.The high damping shock absorber which was prepared with high damping rubber material,could reduce vibration and noise obviously.
