摘  要:本文分析了某天然气集气站管內流动条件及采出水离子浓度,搭建流动腐蚀实验台,利用旋转电极测试系统为基础,分析测试了20#钢在高矿化度条件下CO2环境中的电化学腐蚀行为。结果表明,20#钢的腐蚀速率随流速的增加呈现出逐渐增加的趋势。溶液中存在大量钙镁离子时,20#钢的均匀腐蚀受到抑制。氯离子浓度的增加也使得20#钢均匀腐蚀速率降低。此外,氯离子浓度的增加降低了溶液pH值,但是钙镁离子的存在使得溶液PH值升高。In this paper,the flow conditions and ion concentration of produced water in a natural gas gathering station are analyzed.A flow corrosion test bench is set up.Based on the rotating electrode test system,the electrochemical corrosion behavior of 20#steel in CO2 environment with high salinity is analyzed and tested.The results show that the corrosion rate of 20#steel increases gradually with the increase of flow rate.The uniform corrosion of 20#steel was inhibited when there was a large amount of calcium and magnesium ions in the solution.The increase of chloride concentration also reduced the uniform corrosion rate of 20#steel.In addition,the increase of chloride concentration decreases the pH value of the solution,but the presence of calcium and magnesium ions increases the pH value of the solution.
