摘 要:大型电站锅炉受热面用无缝钢管常在热轧和冷拔过程中产生沿钢管内壁纵向分布的线性缺陷。该缺陷对锅炉设备具有一定危害性,在安装锅炉和在役锅炉中均发现受热面钢管内壁线性缺陷,并且导致部分机组受热面运行中发生介质泄漏或爆管失效。锅炉受热面运行工况极其复杂,钢管内壁线性缺陷对锅炉设备的危害性无法定量评估,可通过金相检测、压扁试验、水压试验、无损检测等多种手段进行风险综合评估。不断提高钢管热轧、冷拔成型工艺才是消除线性缺陷危害性的有效措施和途径。In the process of hot rolling and cold drawing,the seamless steel tubes used in the heating surface of large utility boilers often have linear defects along the inner wall of the tubes.The defect is harm fill to the boiler equipment.The linear defect of the inner wall of the steel tube of the heating surface is found in the installation of the boiler and the boiler in service,which leads to the medium leakage or tube burst failure in the operation of the heating surface of some units.The operation condition of boiler heating surface is extremely complex,and the damage of linear defects on the inner wall of steel pipe to boiler equipment cannot be quantitatively evaluated.Comprehensive risk assessment can be carried out by means of metallographic inspection,flattening test,hydraulic test,nondestructive testing,etc.Continuous improvement of hot rolling and cold drawing process is an effective way to eliminate the harm of linear defects.
