摘　　要：脉动真空灭菌器因体积小、灭菌周期短、操作简单等优点而被广泛应用于各医疗机构和生物医学研究单位。近年来,通过对国内多家企业內的脉动式灭菌器定期检验发现,灭菌器在投用一段时间后即出现内壳开裂现象,导致灭菌器过早报废。文中介绍了几个典型的灭菌器检验案例,对灭菌器普遍存在的一些共性问题进行了总结,对问题产生的原因进行了分析和讨论,从制造、使用管理和检验检测等方面提出了一些切实可行的建议,可供相关工程人员参考借鉴。Pulsating vacuum sterilizer was widely used in medical institutions and biomedical research units due to its advantages of small volume,short sterilization period and simple operation.In recent years,through the periodic inspection of the pulsating vacuum sterilizer for many domestic enterprises,the inner shell cracked after the sterilizer was used for a period of time existed,which led to the premature scrapping of the sterilizei\In this paper,several typical inspection cases and some common problems of sterilizer were introduced,the causes of failure were analyzed and discussed,some feasible suggestions were provided from the aspects of manufacturing,use management and inspection and testing,which can be used for reference by relevant engineers.
