关于蓄电池叉车紧急断电装置的检验

摘　　要：在蓄电池叉车紧急断电装置检验过程中,针对检验人员对蓄电池叉车紧急断电装置的理解不一致,可能会造成现场检验判定不一致的情况。本文将场(厂)内专用机动车辆检验现场遇到的几种常见紧急断电装置型式和典型的电气原理图进行了详细分析,阐述了现场检验方法及其注意事项,提出了《场(厂)内专用机动车辆安全技术监察规程》中对应检验条款的修改建议。During the inspection of the emergency power-off device of the battery forklift,the inspection personnel's understanding of the emergency power-ofT device of the battery forklift is inconsistent,which may lead to the inconsistency in the field inspection and judgment.This paper makes a detailed analysis of several common types of emergency power-ofT devices and typical electrical schematic diagrams encountered in the inspection site of special motor vehicles in the field(factory),and represents the field inspection methods and precautions,and puts forward the suggestions for the modification of corresponding inspection clauses in Special Purpose Motor Vehicles in Defined Fields Safety and Technical Supervision Regulation.
