摘  要:在升降横移类机械式停车设备控制系统中,传统以接触器为主的控制方案,实际应用中出现了故障率高,接线复杂,较大的配电柜制约了停车尺寸等一系列问题,本文提出采用“4合1”马达启动器为核心的控制方案,实现无接触器控制,节省大量的人工接线时间,集四种功能于一体且尺寸小巧,可节约柜内安装空间,接线点少可降低故障发生率,经实践证明,新方案可操作性强、便于实施,效果佳,能更好地应用到实际生产中。In lifting and moving type mechanical parking equipment control system,the traditional control scheme is given priority to with contactor,practical application in the high failure rate,complex wiring,larger size distribution has restricted the parking and a series of problems,this paper adopts motor starter"4 in 1"as the core control scheme,implementation without the contactor control,save a lot of artificial connection time,integrating the four function and small size,which can save installation space in the cabinet and have fewer terminal points to reduce the occurrence rate of failures.The practice has proved that the new scheme maneuverability is strong,easy to implement,effect is good,can be better applied to practical production.
