成年McCune-Albright综合征并发高性激素、低磷血症一例

摘　　要：报告1例McCune-Albright综合征(MAS)患者的临床资料,并文献复习国内外MAS合并低磷血症及性激素水平变化。MAS合并低磷血症者骨骼病变更重,部分MAS青年女性患者卵巢囊肿和雌激素过多的卵巢功能亢进持续存在,导致雌激素及雄激素水平升高。成年McCune-Albright综合征患者合并高性激素血症国内尚未见报道,合并低磷血症少见,提醒医务人员对于MAS患者成年后仍需密切关注性激素及血磷水平。The clinical data of a patient with McCune-Albright syndrome(MAS)were described in detail.Literatures were reviewed about the changes of hypophosphatemia and sex hormone levels in patients of MAS.It was found from literaute review that MAS patients with high sex hormone suffer from more skeletal disease.Some young women had persistent ovarian cysts and excessive ovarian hyperactivity,leading to elevated levels of testosterone and estradiol.There are no reports in China of adult patients with McCune-albright syndrome complicated with hypergonotropemia and hypophosphatemia,which remind doctors to pay close attention to sex hormones and blood phosphorus levels in MAS patients after they become adults.
