邻硝基苯胺合成邻苯二胺用助剂改性Pd/C催化剂研究

摘  要:芳香胺作为重要的有机中间体,广泛应用于合成染料、农药、香料及医药等生产过程。研究以Co、Cu和Ag作为助剂制备得到不同助剂含量和配比的Pd/C催化剂,考察催化剂在邻硝基苯胺氢化反应中邻苯二胺收率及催化剂使用寿命。结果表明,助剂Co和Ag改性后的催化剂活性明显提高,助剂Cu的引入对催化剂性能影响较小,且催化剂A-5%Pd-0.3%Co-0.2%Ag/C和A-5%Pd-0.1%Cu-0.4%Ag/C在邻硝基苯胺氢化反应中寿命较佳。As an important organic intermediate,aromatic amines are widely used in the production process of synthetic dyes,pesticides,spices and medicines.Experiments were carried out to prepare Pd/C catalysts with different content and proportion of co-agents of Co,Cu and Ag as additives.The yield of o-phenylenediamine and the service life of the catalyst in the hydrogenation of o-nitroaniline were investigated.The results show that the activity of the catalyst modified by Co and Ag is significantly improved,the introduction of the additive Cu has little effect on the performance of the catalyst,and the catalyst A-5%Pd-0.3%Co-0.2%Ag/C,A-5%Pd-0.1%Cu-0.4%Ag/C has better life in the hydrogenation reactionof o-nitroaniline.
