气力输送在浮法玻璃行业中的应用

摘　　要：介绍了目前国内浮法玻璃行业主要原料上料的现状,通过对气力输送技术的分析讨论,设计了主要原料气力上料生产方案,通过对该项目气力上料系统的运行情况以及项目改造前后运行成本的比较,表明气力输送具有环保、可靠性高、维修量少、运行成本低等优点,在浮法玻璃行业原料上料中气力输送具有较好的应用前景。Introduced the present situation of the main raw material feeding in the chinese glass industry.Through the analysis and discussion of pneumatic conveying technology,CNDI designed a pneumatic conveying solution of the main raw material feeding in a chinese glass factroy.The paper analysis the operation of the pneumatic conveying project and the before and after cost.It indicates the pneumatic conveying advantage of eco-friendly,reliable,less-repairing and the low cost It shows that using pneumatic conveying has good prospects of development in the chinese glass factory.
