摘　　要：将侠义公案小说置于整个侠义文学史中考量,可以发现其在武、侠、情三个方面都有开拓性甚至质的发展。在侠义精神上,正式确定了侠义精神由民间转向庙堂,突出其于国家民族的意义。在“武”的方面,不仅场面刻画细腻,招数手段更加多样新颖,而且借助武器内涵的发掘突出武术文化,使其开始由武“术”向武“道”发展。在“情”的方面,正面描写女侠相貌,并出现了英雄伉俪模式。侠义公案小说此三方面的发展对后世武侠小说都有重要意义。This paper examines and weighs the chivalrous justice fiction in the entire history of chivalrous literature.It can be seen that these novels have made pioneering advances and even breakthroughs in essence from all the three perspectives of chivalry,martial arts and sentiment.In chivalry,chivalrous justice fiction formally marks the orientation of chivalry,from the folk to royal or imperial courts,with its remarkable emphasis on the national significance;in martial arts,the fiction not only depicts more delicate scenes and diversified moves with more originality,but also highlights the culture of martial arts by revealing the implication of weapons,in order to develop martial“arts”to martial“philosophy”;in sentiment,it directly portrays the appearance of swordswomen,and creates the model of heroic couples.Therefore,the accomplishments of chivalrous justice novels in those three aspects are of great significance to the following martial arts novels.
