摘　　要：新冠疫情全球蔓延,在全世界本应团结起来共同抗疫之时,美国政府却意欲对华发动“新冷战”,这是对世界和平与发展的破坏。中国国务委员兼外交部长王毅在“相互尊重、信任合作——把握中美关系的正确方向”中美智库媒体视频论坛上指出,当前中美关系正“面临1979年建交以来最严重的挑战”,他呼吁中美关系“能够重回正轨,真正实现长期健康稳定发展”。本刊与中国人民大学重阳金融研究院合作邀约5位国际知名学者撰文,全面阐释国际社会呼吁美国摒弃冷战思维,在相互对话的基础上发展双边关系,并致力于人类团结的观点。学者们认为,任何形式的“新冷战”都完全违背人类的利益,全世界要反对“新冷战”,并在共同抗击疫情、反对战争、应对气候变化、反对任何形式的种族主义、共同促进经济和平发展等方面更加团结和努力。The global spread of COVID-19 has undermined world peace and development by the US government's intention to launch a"New Cold War"against China at a time when the world should be united in the fight against the epidemic.Chinese state councilor and foreign minister Wang Yi in the"Mutual Respect,Trust,Cooperation,Grasp the Right Direction of China-USRelations"between China and America,a think-tank,media video on the BBS,pointed out that the current relationship between China and the United States is"facing the most serious challenge"since the establishment of diplomatic ties in 1979,he called on China-US relations"can back on track,truly achieve long-term healthy and stable development".In cooperation with ChongYang Research Institute of Renmin University of China,we invited five internationally renowned scholars to write articles comprehensively explaining the international community's call for the United States to abandon the Cold War mentality,develop bilateral relations on the basis of mutual dialogue and commit itself to human solidarity.Scholars believe that any form of"New Cold War"is totally contrary to the interests of mankind.The world should oppose the"New Cold War"and make more unity and efforts in jointly combating the pandemic,fighting war,tackling climate change,combating racism in any form,and jointly promoting peaceful economic development.
