摘 要:半实物仿真是火箭研制过程中不可或缺的重要手段,针对国内外常见的半实物仿真平台大多基于闭源商业软件开发,存在价格昂贵、源码封闭、定制性不强等问题。文章研究了基于Scilab/Linux RTAI半实物仿真平台的设计和实现方案,在Linux环境下利用开源软件Scilab建立数学仿真模型,采用双内核实时化方案构建Linux RTAI实时运行环境,采用VMIC光纤反射内存实时网络传输数据,编写了VMIC-PCI5565的驱动程序和实时接口模块,保证了仿真平台的实时性及硬件设备与模型通信的实时性。随后,测试了整个半实物仿真平台的实时性能,并进行了某型探空火箭的半实物仿真试验。与Simulink/RT-LAB平台下的仿真结果相比,一致性很好,可以满足半实物仿真试验的实时性和可靠性要求,而且成本低,可扩展性强,具有广泛的应用前景。HILS is an indispensable and important method in rocket test process.Most of the common HILS platforms at home and abroad are developed based on closed source commercial software development,which are expensive,closed source code,and weak customizable.In this paper,the design and implementation scheme of HILS platform based on Scilab/Linux RTAI was studied.In the Linux environment,the open source software Scilab was used to build the mathematical simulation model.The Linux RTAI real-time running environment was built according to the dual-core real-time solution and the VMIC was uesd to transmit data.The driver and real-time interface module of VMIC-PCI5565 were written to ensure the real-time performance of the simulation platform and the real-time communication between the hardware device and the model.Subsequently,the real-time performance of the whole HILS platform was tested and the HILS test of a type of sounding rocket was carried out.Compared with the simulation results under Simulink/RT-LAB,the consistency is very good,which can meet the real-time and reliability requirements of the HILS test,and it has low cost,strong scalability,broad application prospects.
