摘 要:介绍了一种基于有限元法的变压器三维流体-温度场耦合分析方法。首先基于变压器实际尺寸,简化后对变压器各零部件进行Solidworks三维建模,并按照实际配合关系进行组装,得到变压器的整体三维模型;应用流体连续方程和雷诺方程,确定变压器冷却系统有限元计算的边界条件,再根据流体网络理论,应用Fluent软件对变压器冷却系统整体油流进行有限元分析,计算绕组温度场与流体场。以SFJZ9-150000 kVA/220型油浸风冷变压器为例,计算了该型变压器绕组温度分布及变压器整体油流分布,并将绕组温度计算结果与变压器生产厂家实际试验结果相对比,验证了该方法的正确性。A three-dimensional fluid-temperature field coupling analysis method of transformer based on finite element method is introduced in this paper.Firstly,based on the actual size of the transformer,by simplifying the three-dimensional modeling of the various parts of the transformer in Solidworks,and assembling according to the actual matching relationship,the overall three-dimensional model of the transformer is obtained.Based on the use of fluid continuity equations and Reynolds equations,the boundary conditions of the finite element calculation of the transformer cooling system are determined.Then based on the fluid network theory,the Fluent software is used to perform finite element analysis on the overall oil flow of the transformer cooling system,Based on this,the winding temperature field and fluid field are calculated.At the end of the article,a SFJZ9-150000 kVA/220 oil-immersed air-cooled(ONAF)transformer is used as an example to calculate the transformer winding temperature distribution and the overall oil flow distribution of the transformer,and compare the winding temperature calculation results with the actual test results of the manufacturer.the correctness of the method is verified.
