摘  要:针对内蒙古地区风沙大、干旱少雨的气候特点,为了给其线路外绝缘RTV防污闪涂料选型提供可靠的参考依据,本文应用红外光谱测试、憎水角测试等手段,测试分析了相同组分含量的RTV涂料在不同运行环境下污闪特性;并对比分析了SRTV涂料和PRTV涂料的憎水性、憎水迁移性及污闪特性。试验结果表明:相同组分含量的RTV涂料在运行时间相同的情况下,涂层表面发生污闪的概率会随着积污的增多而升高;无论在交流还是直流电压下,PRTV涂料较SRTV涂料的憎水迁移性更强,抗污闪能力更好,因而PRTV涂料更适合内蒙古地区的气候特点。Aiming at the climatic characteristics of heavy sandstorm,drought with little rainfall in Inner Mongolia,and in order to provide reliable reference for the selection of insulating RTV anti-pollution flashover coating outside the line,this paper uses infrared spectrum test and hydrophobicity angle test to test and analyze the pollution and flashover characteristics of RTV coating with the same component content under different operating environments.The hydrophobicity,hydrophobic mobility and pollution flashover characteristics of SRTV coating and PRTV coating are compared and analyzed.The experimental results show that when the RTV coating with the same component content runs for the same time,the probability of surface pollution flashover will increase with the increase of contamination.No matter under AC or DC voltage,PRTV coating has stronger hydrophobic mobility and better anti-pollution flashover ability than SRTV coating,so PRTV coating is more suitable for the climate characteristics of Inner Mongolia.
